Shipping FAQ's

Do I ship my CDs?
MusicZoo sends you a pre-paid shipping container to package your CDs in and send back to our facility for digitizing, once your order has been placed. We ship through UPS unless otherwise requested

How long does the MusicZoo service take?
It depends on the size of your collection! Most collections are ripped in less than a week. Larger orders (over 500 CDs) take longer depending on our workload. Additionally, complex collections such as classical music may require additional time due to our efforts to provide unparalleled metadata.

Is there a minimum number of CD's MusicZoo will process?
Due to the costs of handling, there is a minimum order of 50 CDs.

Are the shipments insured?
Yes! MusicZoo's business insurance policy insures your CDs up to $15 per CD in the event of breakage or a lost shipment (doubtful as UPS is pretty darn good).

Can I send my jewel cases?
Yes! Our Ultimate service is for folks who just don’t have enough time to sort through their CDs. Though it costs a little extra, it is the hands-down easiest way to jump to the digital age.

What do I do with my CDs once I've packed them?
We include a pre-paid return-shipping label in every box we send out, simply drop your boxed collection off at your local UPS store or call to have your order picked up.

Will my original CDs be returned?
Of course! We return your CDs as well as the digitized collection
